Creek Farmer's Market every Thursday night starting June 11th. Our baked goods will focus on alternative diets and will feature
vegan, gluten-free, and sugar-free offerings only. We will be there under the name of our online cookie company, La Dolce
Vegan, so come by and say "hi". There will be farmers and crafters selling a variety of fresh, local products
from 4 PM to 7 PM at the pavilion along the historic Hudson River waterfront. The nearby bandshell will host a variety of

Rafting has begun! If you are a brave soul who loves a challenge, book a cabin now and walk
across the street to the Adirondac Rafting Company for the ride of your life. Don't want to get wet? There are LOTS of hiking trails only a short drive away. The highest
peak in the Southern Tier (Snowy Mountain) is a real challenge. Or have a snow ball fight in August on the top of Chimney
Mountain where there is an extensive cave system (only well-equipped professionals should attempt venturing very far inside
the caves). There are also plenty of gentle walks through our wild forests for those just wishing to get away from it all.

STARTING MAY 1st:
We will be open everyday EXCEPT WEDNESDAY.Our cafe is open 7 AM to 4 PM. We have freshly baked
breakfast pastries & muffins every day. On Sundays, we feature a breakfast buffet for $6.99 per person. Our lunchtime
offerings include a daily soup, a quiche of the day, and a variety of ready-made salads & sandwiches. Cabin guests get
free coffee or tea every morning. Plan to visit us soon! We specialize in baking for special diets and can plan to have vegan or gluten-free baked goods available if you call in advance.
